I am part of a team taking part in this years Ride Across Britain, we will be cycling from John O’Groats to Land’s End.  I am cycling 3 days of this year's ride when  I will be riding over 300 miles in 3 days from Ludlow to Glasgow.

The team's chosen charity is the British Paralympic Association & we have set a target to raise £30,000 so if you can spare any loose change please donate and help us reach our target.
