On the 13th December I'll be braving the Welsh elements, jumping through ice cold rivers and running up the biggest sand dune in Europe, all with a reindeer on my head. I'm taking part in the world-famous Merthyr Mawr Pudding Run (yes I do get a Christmas pudding at the finish line!), and I'm hoping to raise a few bob for a charity close to my heart - Motor Neuron Disease Association.
