It's that time of year again - time for a crazy and arduous pursuit all in the name of charity! 

After walking in the Andes and cycling to Paris, this year it is a 4 day 300 mile cycle ride from London to Brussels via Amsterdam in aid of The Canal & River Trust - the brand new charity (and my employer!) that cares for the nation's precious and fabulous inland waterways along with the outstanding environment and industrial heritage alongside them. 

This is the first Canal & River Trust fundraising event so please help to make it a huge success and launch this national charity in style.
