<p>I have competed in 100's of events over the years but have never beaten the charity drum!</p> <p>Running the Marathon for the first time and then tying it in with the Bupa 10km seemed like the right moment to make the call!</p> <p>Help me raise some funds for The Great Western Air Ambulance a service which without fund raising efforts simply would not be there to support those in danger and those in need.</p> <p>As many of you know I can run quite quick and will be going all out for 2 hours 20 minutes at the London Marathon and for sub 30 minutes at the Bupa 10km. For an old dude with a penchant for a few beers this is going to involve the Hurt Locker so stump up and spur me on with a donation..!</p>
