I have decided to partake in a charity cycle ride on the 20th May to raise money for a cancer charity.

Most people have been touched in some way with this terrible disease and I'm no different.

I recently lost two friends to cancer.  Both were called Andy and both were 42 years of age with young children of similar ages to my two boys.

I often wonder what my boys would be going through if they found themselves in a similar position to the two Andy's children, growing up without a father figure in their lives.  Thankfully, their children are doing really well and developing into fine young adults.
