Shaw Trust’s Adaptive Technology Training is a versatile, bespoke service designed to meet the specific needs of the user so that it is relevant to their area of work. It empowers disabled people to become employed or to stay in work by giving them access to
computer-based technologies.
This lets employers recruit disabled people who have the skills to do
the job but may need adaptive technology, or retain a member of staff
who has an acquired disability or a condition which has resulted in a need for adaptive technology.
Shaw Trust is also one of the leading providers of Web Accessibility Services in the UK. Every day our skilled and committed team works with large blue chip companies and public sector organisations to insure digital interfaces are compatible with Assistive Technology.
This gives organisations peace of mind knowing their website is reaching the widest possible audience and that it is compliant with existing international guidelines.
