St Luke's Hospice Plymouth provides end of life care in Plymouth, South West Devon and East Cornwall. It is the generosity of the caring community and people like you who enable over 300 people and their families at any given time access to this specialist support through the toughest of times.

Story

On May 22nd 2014 two Argyle fans, Glynn Moody and Warren (Wozzer) Bowden are hoping to attempt to trek the Andes in Peru. At the summit lies Machu Picchu, tha fabled ruins of the Incas.

They will be trekking for day after day (6 days in total), travelling through several ecosystems and will endure differing weather fluctuating between heat and cold.

This was to be a bigger affair, with eight in all, travelling to the Andes but work commitments, a bad knee injury and lack of effort on the part of a couple of volunteers have made us re-think the attempt at this stage.
