My dad was ex forces and was one of the lucky ones that didn't need help and support. There are many more left disadvantaged by what they have done for the people of this country.

Known as an IRon Butt ride, the task I am undertaking for me will be a stretch, 1000 miles in 24 hours or less. I am not the fittest of people and I do have a few underlying medical conditions but compared to the sacrifice others have made this is small fry.

I will be riding on a circular route from Squires near Leeds, up the east coast to Wick in Scotland then back down the west coast finisihing at Squires Cafe Leeds.

Please support me with as lttle or as much as you can, I will take morale support if you have no cash! And if anyone has a nice soft cushion for afterwards that would be most welcome!
