We are Rainbows Hospice, our mission is to support the children that need us most

Story

Well, we went we saw we struggled.

A minor spillage for my companion left him with black and blue bruising, an embarassing slide of the side stand for me, a three car pile up including the car in front of me, a push bike race in Wales, mild hypothermia in Scotland,  mist, fog, rain sleet and finally snow scupperred our attempt.

My 1400 miles was wholly optomistic, we eventually completed 1450 in the 36 hour period and 2025 in total. We did manage an end to end which also gave us a 1025 miles in 24 hours iron butt so not a total failure.

This was not about us, it was an attempt to raise money for Rainbows Hospice in Loughborough. SO thanks for your support, these guys need all they can get.

Young people and children should be able to spend their time laughing and playing discovering the joy of life. For some this is an all to short and painful experience.

I am aiming to ride my motorcycle to all four corners of the UK, including a Lands end to John O'Groats visit in less than 36 hours. The exact mileage is a little loose but at least 1400 miles.  I will be starrting at silly oclock on the morning of April 25th and should finish on the 26th.

I will fund the cost for this myself, this will include all fuel, accomodation either end and th wear and tear on my motorbike. ALL money riased will go to the charity involved.

For the last couple of years I have raised money for the Poppy Appeal, this time I am trying to do something to help people at the other end of lifes journey.
