As many of you will know, my brother Ian died in April. He had coeliac disease. This is an autoimmune disease, where the body's immune system attacks its own tissues.
I am running the Robin Hood Half Marathon on 11 September 2011 in tribute to Ian and to raise funds to help fight this disease.
