The charities i am running for do great work and save lives. I have personal experience of this. In Janaury 1999 the air ambulance saved my life after me being hit by a car. They took me to Birmingham Childrens Hospital and gave me a chance of survival. I am in debt to them and many other friends and family around me for my recovery.

I am now of good health so i think i can do this run and raise money for these charities.
