I am taking part in the London to Brighton cycle ride on September 11th with 40 of work colleagues to raise money for St Peter & St James Hospice, our companies chosen charity for 2016.

This charity provided tremendous care to a former colleague, Dave Payne, who lost his battle against cancer earlier this year.

Anyone that knows me, will realise this is going to be a bit of a challenge, so please give generously !
