As many of you know I am only seen running when the bell for last orders has just been rung or I am about to miss a train.  So just to prove to you all I will endure pain and suffering for charity I have decided to do a 10km run every day in the month of May.  Having seen somebody suffer through a course of cancer, and survive, I know that it is a most unpleasant experience.  The Royal Marsden Hospital is a dedicated cancer hospital who diagnose and treat cancer sufferers and do research into battling this horrible disease.
