Thank You for visiting my page  i'm doing this ride again because its demanding but at the same time new friends are made , we all have a common cause to fight PC  and we will win , My Dad made it to 92 yrs but PC was one of the factors in the end .. and after 2 yrs i still miss him the love is stronger than ever!  it was Bob who nagged me to lose some weight so with Slimming world Exmouth "Lisa " i have shed 5 stones got a second chance with a healthy lifestyle and i'm loving it.....
