My story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Jessica (14) and Ian (40) are going to cycle 150 miles off road to rasie money for Action Aid and the school trip.  The route is from Reading, via Bristol to Gloucester.  The ride is taking place on 11th, 12th and 13th May 2012.

The route will mainly follow river and canal paths which although this avoids many major inclines, the paths are often rugged or grassy.  Not to mention falling in!  We are camping en route and will have the support of a help team to feed, dry, encourage and massage us onwards.

Training has begun and bikes upgraded.  We are currently riding 30 miles a week.  Its gonna be tough on the legs, heart, lungs and mind but with your support, we may be able to achieve our target.
