Thanks for taking time to vist my page.

From july 10th to the 13th I'm pushing myself to the limit and riding from London to Blois,
in the Loire Valley, france with 120 other people.

We'll be cycling 100 miles a day for four days. This is not gonna be a summer jolly,its four hard days in the saddle and it gonna need a rigous trianing programme.

We will be raising money for Saint-Gobain Together which this year are supporting Macmillan cancer support and the Irish cancer society
