St. James's Place Foundation Triathlon in aid of Hope and Homes for Children · 3 October 2010 ·

I'm doing a Triathlon. OK it's a Sprint Triathlon, but at my age that's still a big ask. 400m Swim, 20km bike, 5km run. I'm doing it for me. I wanted to get fit, but was getting bored training and needed a reason to do it. This is the reason.
While I'm out there, proving that I'm still alive, I'm going to raise some money for a fantastic charity called Hope and Homes for Children (and to be honest, they won't let me enter if I don't). So please help me prove that I'm a man and help children all over the world at the same time.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate now.
