<p><span style="color: #000000;">On 10th July 2011, Karl and I fly out to Tanzania with 15 friends from Northern Ireland where we will attempt to climb Africa's highest mountain Kilimanjaro. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">We are raising money for 'The Smiles Foundation' charity which was set up in 1990 - just months after the fall of Ceausescu in Romania. The charities founders visited a number of state run orphanages and of the thousands of children they saw, one common observation was noted with them all - a total lack of <strong><em>Smiles</em></strong>.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Verdana; color: #993300; font-size: 10pt;"><strong><span style="color: #000099;">The Charity seeks to relieve poverty, promote education and provide hope & opportunity for many through a variety of projects which include Food Distribution, Medical Support, Social Assistance, Education, Child Care, Life Skills Training and Housing provision. </span></strong></span></p>
