Hi,

As a prelude to my Stag Do in Berlin this August, I am cycling the 460 miles there with Stewart, Seth & Adrian - that's averaging 77 miles per day for 6 days (The equivalent of London to Dover each day!!).

This is to raise money for the Breast Recontruction Unit at St Andrews Centre (Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford), after the amazing care & support that they gave my Mum last year after she was diagnosed with breast cancer. It is because of the team there that she has been able to make such a swift recovery, and to whom we all owe a massive thank you.

It is also my Stag Do when we arrive in Berlin, so guys....... go easy on me!
