Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page

When Ian turned 54 earlier this year, Brian & Nigel hit upon the idea of playing 54 holes of golf to mark the occasion, firstly for charitable reasons but also for amusement purposes..

So, on Monday, August 1st, we will do just that on 3 golf courses in the S.Bucks region, in aid of Carers Bucks, a local charity set up in 2004 to support unpaid, family carers in the area. At Bluebird Care, we work extensively with Carers Bucks to provide care in the community, so this is great way of continuing to support their efforts.

A big 'thank you' goes to Denham GC, Stoke Park and Huntswood GC who very quickly gave us a 'hand raise' to facilitate the day by making a complimentary tee time available to us.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Carers Bucks help some of the most vulnerable people in our society, so please dig deep and donate now. You will have an immediate and positive impact on people's lives, and what can be more rewarding than that...?

Look forward to sharing the detail and photos with you after the event

Ian, Brian & Nigel
