This June I will be joining my mate, former Crystal Palace Captain, Geoff Thomas on a cycle ride from London to Paris. The ride is 450km long, over 4 days, it is going to be a big challenge. Following his retirement from football, Geoff was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukaemia, and since he has been working with Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research to raise funds for a new network of clinical trials.

It is great to be joining up with my friend and former team mate Geoff, as well as a couple of other ex-football players, John Salako and Mitchell Thomas. We aim to raise as much money as possible to help beat blood cancer. Please give what you can to support us.
