<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><strong><span style="color: #008080;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Century Gothic;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-family: Helv;">Many of you may be aware that The British Heart Foundation is a charity that is most certainly close to my 'heart'. The charity works tirelessly to raise funds for a better understanding of associated cardiac illness that affect so many. <br>In June each year an annual cycle ride from London to Brighton is organised by B.H.F.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>And along with a friend who also suffered a heart attack some years ago, I have decided to take part.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The distance is some 54 miles, so with the aid of a new bike and some rather trendy (but padded) shorts I am up for the challenge!!<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>However, and to be different I am going to raise funds through family and friends for the Heart Foundation but through my contacts and friends and colleagues in the Industry complete this ride for the Charity 'LOOK GOOD FEEL BETTER'.<br><br>L.G.F.B is a charity that really does make a difference.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>They are a </span>Cancer Support Charity that helps women manage the visible side effects of cancer treatment, by offering hair and beauty advice through inspirational and motivating workshops.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Chanel has been supporting LGFB for many years now, and this year we are placing a huge emphasis on fundraising for them.</span></span></span></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><strong><span style="color: #008080; mso-bidi-font-family: Helv;"><br><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Century Gothic;">Every donation that you make will be hugely appreciated by so many, so please give what you are able.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Additionally the total of all the donations to L.G.F.B will be matched by CHANEL, a great gesture I'm sure you will agree.</span></span></span></strong></p>
