Story

Assalamualaikum/Greetings,

I'm planning to climb Scafell Pike, the highest mountain in England, for IMED working with SKT welfare in their Springs of Hope campaign on Saturday 8th October 2016.

The Springs of Hope campaign brings even more than shelter and food to orphans and widows. It is a family centre which provides an education for the children and sustainable work for their mothers. It truly is an amazing cause for the people who have been deeply affected by the crisis around them.

The family centre is about preserving the well-being of the future generations of Syria. Empowering them with a sense of belonging and security, albeit in the absence of their loved ones. Establishing this centre will be one of the most rewarding projects SKT has ever undertaken, and we hope you will join us insha'Allah (God willing) on this journey as its success depends on your generosity.

So please, even if you can donate just £1, you personally will help restore some of the rights and opportunities to the widows and orphans of Syria.

JazakAllah khair/Thank you.
