<p>Help me help Beat...please!</p>
<p>Beat offer help and guidance to thousands of people living with and recovering from Eating Disorders.</p>
<p>They help to save lives and they support the families and carers of those who sadly lose their battle with their Eating Disorder.</p>
<p>I'll be too old to be a Beat Young Ambassador after May, so this is the perfect way to thank them - I've loved being a part of such an amazing, inspiring charity... so dig deep!</p>
