I woke up at 2am this morning and just could not sleep and I did not know why, Laying in bed beside me was my beautiful wife and next to the bed was our few weeks old daughter, next door was my 3 year old sleeping soundly.

Suddenly I realised how much we take the simple things for granted, here I was seeminly worried about a problem I know already had a solution.
