The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Frostie and I will be taking part in the Tough Mudder race on the September 24th with other volunteers from the organisation. Better late than Never I suppose.

We Will Be Running Through the Mud, The Rain and At Some Stage Electric Wires all for the sake of Charity in order to Help the Prince's Trust - who specialise in helping disadvantage people develop and gain skills to enhance their employ-ability and succeed within the workplace. Getting their lives back on track.
