Hi everyone,

It's that time of the year again when I take part in a charity run for the NSPCC!  This year the charity run is taking place on the 28th April 2013 at the wonderful Willen Lake in Milton Keynes.

The aim of the NSPCC is to protect children from cruelty, support vulnerable families, campaign for changes to the law and raise awareness about abuse.

They have 177 community-based projects and run the Child Protection Helpline and ChildLine in the UK and the Channel Islands.  They help children who are neglected, physically abused, sexually abused, disabled as well as a host of other problems they face.

We all want to see a society where all children are loved, valued and able to fulfil their potential.

So please dig deep and donate to help these vunerable children!

This year, as in previous years, 100% of the money raised will go directly to the NSPCC.  All costs of the day will be paid for by the hosts.
