I am currently running Indian cookery courses at Paprika in Cheadle Hulme. The courses cost £25 for a 2 hour session and I teach you how to make a basic curry sauce, nans, onion bhajis and how to turn any lentil or vegetable into a curry really easily. For each course sold directly to me I am donating £5 to the Weekend Day Care Centre.
