<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>I'm abseiling down the Forth Rail Bridge on Sunday 2 October to raise money for Forth Valley Sensory Centre. That's 165ft free fall!</p> <p>The Sensory Centre is a nationally recognised centre of excellence for people with a sensory impairment, providing a single location for them to access&nbsp;facilities and information.&nbsp;</p> <p>Over 20 groups are run at the centre from IT classes to social groups. For many people with a visual or hearing impairment the centre provides a crucial link to their local community&nbsp;through opportunities to&nbsp;socialise and increase their independence,&nbsp;reducing&nbsp;isolation and&nbsp;improving their quality of life.</p> <p>Your money will help us to run these essential services and reach out to support more people.</p>
