Nuclear Rush is a punishing cross country race on muddy Essex farmland.

Heavily loaded with over 50 man-made and natural obstacles. We are running as a team, and although of all athletic abilities, we want to push ourselves to the limit and take on a challenge.

We hope it will be exhilarating, tough but also lot of fun and a great excuse to raise money for a fantastic charity.
