We fund private mental health support to help those facing a Duchenne diagnosis

Story

In the financial year 2013/14 Investigo's chosen charity is Harrison's Fund; Harrison's fund is named after 5 year old Harrison Smith who has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a fatal genetic disorder when the body can't produce dystrophin, a protein your body needs to build up your muscles. At the moment there is no cure, with most dying in their late teens or early twenties.

With this in mind Investigo are working together, across a host of different teams and offices, to support this fantastic cause. The Guildford and Reading offices have decided to take on two separate challenges. Team Road is cycling over 140 miles between the 5 UK offices whilst Team Off Road are cycling circa 40 miles between Reading & Guildford both on 10th April 2014.

Road

The Route - Milton Keynes to St Albans to Central London to Reading & finally finishing in Guildford!!

The Team - James Fargus, Stuart Levers & Matthew Friend (support car provided by Kirsten Spittle & Sam Morgan.

Off Road

The Route - Reading to Guildford off road including canal tow paths, bridal ways and farmers fields.

The Team - Ed Dalton, Kate Chodak, Greg Edge, Simon Burr, Tracey Perry, Tom Copeland

Both teams will aim to complete their challenges by 6pm on Thursday 10th April 2014!!!
