Assalamualaikum,

Remember the Prophet (saws) said “providing water is one of the best forms of Sadaqah Jariyah (charity).”  Also remember that “Sadaqah extinguishes sins as water extinguishes fire” not only this but closes 70 doors of evil and treats your illnesses.

Surely it is clear that WE benefit more from donating as just as little as a £1 than the person who will receive the water. And even in the afterlife you will be rewarded for every drop of water which is used to drink or perform wudhu alhamdullilah!!

So please donate to help the three children who die every minute from drinking dirty water, a newborn who dies every 3 minutes from infection caused by lack of safe water and an unclean environment. Diarrhoea caused by dirty water and poor toilets kills a child under 5 every 2 minutes.

Drinking dirty, diseased water is one of the most common causes of death in the developing world - and one of the most preventable - so you could be saving countless lives for years to come with just a small donation which would make a huge difference!!!

A local well means that people do not have to spend hours walking just to collect water, freeing up more time to work, go to school or look after their families. Access to clean water means drinking, washing, watering crops and animals and making wudu (washing in preparation for prayers) are safe and do not pose a risk of illness. A source of clean water is vital for people, their communities and the wider economy.

Over 750 million people around the world do not have access to safe, clean water however we could change this and transform and save the lives of many unfortunate brothers and sisters around the world.

The money raised will be used to build a well in Pakistan which I will be dedicating to my Grandad.

Purify your intentions and donate for the sake of Allah. A reminder that the prophet Muhammed (saws) said: “Charity does not decrease wealth”. [Muslim] and that Allah azzawajal loves those that are generous.
