Bored on Sunday? Holme Pierrepont tomorrow, Outlaw Tri... 2.4mile Swim, 112mile bike and 26.2mile run... Amazing event!!! Will inspire even the weakest to be active... whether walking to shop instead of car or train for any event!!! ;-) I have the look of a child... TRUST ME! Also, sponsor on link and raiae money for great cause!

I started doing Sprint Triathlon's last year and have been caught with the bug!
With the need to challenge myself in body and mind, I have decided to move from short distance triathlon's to the longer schedule.
I will be doing a Olympic and Middle Distance (half ironman) Triathlon also this year, however the Outlaw aka Iron Distance triathlon will be the piece de resistance!
Due to the enormity of this event, I felt it important opportunity to raise money for a great cause! With many of my friend's and family recommending Treetop Hospice... it was a no brainer! So dig deep and lets smash that target of £500!
Hopefully many of you can join me at the event which takes place at Holme Pierrepont, Nottingham on 1st July... I'll need it by the end!

Treetops Hospice
Charity Registration No. 519540
Treetops Hospice provides palliative care for adults with life-limiting illnesses such as cancer, MND & multiple sclerosis. Care is offered at our Day Care Centre in Risley or via our Hospice at Home nurses, who travel across Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire, providing 22,000 hours of end of life care.
