Story
After common entrance a group of fourteen boys, girls and parents are going off to Snowdonia to take part in a sponsored walk to raise money for JDRF which is a small charity trying to find a cure for type 1 diabetes. The reason we have chosen this charity is because a close friend of mine, who is also walking was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes last summer.
Our headmaster, Mr Lankester will be leading us on this expedition and we are aiming to raise as much as we possibly can. We are carrying all our own food, water etc and hope to complete 30 miles over the three days.
Thank you so much for supporting me in raising money for this worthy cause.
