<p>&nbsp;</p> <p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Some time ago three friends independently suggested to climb Kilimanjaro. It seemed like a crazy idea but I gave in on the third request and plan on reaching the peak on 19th Feb 2011. However, I need another goal to help me reach the top: raising money for a scholarship at <a title="Atlantic College" href="http://www.atlanticcollege.org/" target="_blank">Atlantic College</a>.</p> <p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">&nbsp;</p> <p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">The founding College of a global education movement, Atlantic College is committed to making education a force to unite people, nations and cultures for peace and a sustainable future. The College offers places based on merit regardless of race, religion, social background or financial means. The College hosts 350 students aged 16-18 from 80 different countries each year.</p> <p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">&nbsp;</p> <p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">I graduated from this college 10 years ago and still feel like it was the most intense and diverse educational experience I've had. Every penny you give will go towards a scholarship for a future student. A full scholarship&nbsp;for two years&nbsp;costs &pound;49,000, but if all 160 students from my year raise &pound;300 or more each it will cover it!</p> <p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">&nbsp;</p> <p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm;">Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
