Well, it's now all over and I completed the Brighton Marathon in 5 hours and 59 minutes!! Thank you so much to everyone for donating and supporting my efforts!

I recently decided to enter myself into the Brighton Marathon to help raise money for Kangaroos Charity as part of Team Skippy!

As many of you will know, I have a sister with learning disabilities- Maddie. Kangaroos has been a huge part of Maddie's life over the years and has given her the chance to experience a social life very similar to that of a mainstream teenager, which she otherwise wouldn't have. 

I have also been involved with Kangaroos as I have volunteered in the past and I am now working at Court Meadow School, which means I know many of the young people who attend Kangaroos and see the positive effects Kangaroos' groups such as 'No limits' and 'Youth Club' have on them individually.

I want many more young people with learning disabilities to have the opportunities my sister has been offered by Kangaroos, so PLEASE sponsor me!
