I am taking part in Palace to Palace London on 5th October 2014. 

I'll be cycling from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle, all in aid of The Prince's Trust. Through the sponsorship I raise I know that I will be helping The Prince’s Trust support disadvantaged young people in the UK.

Thanks for your support! I have never ridden for more than about 20mins so given this will apparently take me 4-5hrs I best get on my bike and start training!! Eeek!
