I will be running a half marathon for Spinal Research this March. 

So why Spinal research?

11 years ago my friend's Dad was in a car accident and was paralysed from the neck down for the rest of his life. This means spinal research is obviously close to our hearts, and it is amazing to see how such a small charity is leading the world in research. Any money raised goes such a long way. Your donations would mean so much to me, my friend, his Dad and the charity.
