I'm just starting out on a new journey with my 4yo thoroughbred Fred.  I thought it would be good to set us both a challenge, something to aim for and a focus in our training.  

I'm also doing this in memory of my brother Juan, who lost his battle with cancer aged 13 in 1997. Over 20 years on and I have him to thank for lots of things still.  Every day I appreciate what I have just that little bit more as I know how precious life can be.  And now is the time for me to give something back.
