The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

So despite not yet even owning a bike I have signed up to cycle 90 miles in October for the Prince's Trust. I can't see anything that might go wrong...

The Prince's Trust provides amazing opportunities to young people who have experienced hardships in their lives that many of us can't even imagine. Young people in care, facing homelessness, or struggling with mental or physical health deserve as much chance at success as any other young person, and this is what the Prince's Trust programmes aim to help achieve.

Any donations are much appreciated, and if you'd like to come and watch me fall across the finish line several hours behind everyone else you're more than welcome.
