It’s that time of year when CS prepares for the famous Banger Rally to raise much needed funds for Parkinson’s UK - Charity of 2014 !
“The world renowned rescue force “The Isle of Dogs Lifeguards Baywatch Team” (Simon Tahaney, Simon Politzer, Tom Duff-Gordon and Basil Kroepfli) are embarking on a pan-European mission in their trademark red swim shorts. Having scoured the pages of Autotrader for several weeks they have selected a canary yellow Volvo estate to support them on their journey to raise money for Parkinson’s UK – a very worthy cause indeed. The Credit Suisse Banger Rally is an annual event that sees over 30 teams take part in a two day challenge to drive a banger worth less than £500 across the continent, leaves 12th Sept….”
