This charity is close to my heart as I suffered with Viral Meningitis in March 2009 and was very ill indeed with many complications, including a leaking lumbar puncture(hole in my spinal cord) and had 3 spinal operations to stop me losing all my brain and spinal fluid, which unfortunately had already happened. It took a very long time but Now I've recovered I would like to raise money and awareness for a charity which helped me and my family get through the weeks I was in hospital. The specialist doctors, nurses, ct scan radiographers, and a very special neurologist dr gibb from the royal free hospital in london helped pretty much save my life so Every donation means more research can be done to help other sufferers. no matter how big or little.
