Hello my friends,

As many of you know I’m taking part  in the Deloitte Ride Across Britain cycling 980 miles over the next 9 days to raise money for Cancer Research and in memory of my Mum and Dad who both died from Cancer within 11 days of each other. Many of you would have paid to see me do 110 miles a day on a bike and sleep in a tent each night so I’m hoping this inspires you to give a little ...it will help a lot!

I will be part of Team Camelot, with 17 of my work friends, all raising money for various charities.
