My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
This event is a big deal for me-I have never been sporty or that fit but wanting to try something new has driven me to get healthy and what better way to get even more out if than raising money for a charity at the same time!
Survival of the Fittest in Nottingham is one of the Epic Tri Nations Series with the remainder in Cardiff, Edinburgh. Packing a challenging route with tough and engaging obstacles throughout the course, I will pit my wits against 1000s of fellow "Survival" competitors in a test of stamina, grit, speed and guts. Possibly the UK's toughest obstacle course? Maybe. Possibly the UK's most action-packed run? Maybe. The must to-do events of 2012? Definitely. Let's see if I can do it!!!

Nottingham MS Therapy Centre

The centre provides a range of alternative therapies to people with MS, other neurological conditions, and sports injuries. These include Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment [HBO], physiotherapy, massage and reflexology. It also provides a range of information and support to its members.
