In January 2017 I am going to be participating in R.E.D January. R.E.D stands for running every day! Yes EVERY day throughout the month of January for Mind mental health charity. I have done runs for Mind previously so I know they do a fantastic job helping fund mental health projects. As of now, either you or someone you know suffers with metal health problems and it is sad to say that they just aren't taken seriously. But Mind are helping to change that by spreading the word about mental health and funding councilors all over the UK. With your help we could improve the metal health of so many people across the nation.I will be updating this page everyday to show you all my progress.
