ENGIE Swim · 4 November 2019 ·

The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

On the 6th November a group of ENGIE employees are joining a few of our colleagues across the country to take on a 2 hour swim challenge to try and complete as many channel crossings as possible! We've been training across pools up and down the country and will be swimming at The Aquatic Centre - Olympic Park. Our swimmers are: Wayne Porter, Thomas Barton, Graham Batty, Craig Butt, Jade Boggust, Leanne Stevenson, Jesse Booth, Colin Rossiter and Matthew Stabb. We are raising money for one of ENGIE's chosen charities - The Princes Trust. Prince's Trust are an amazing charity that give young people opportunities to realise their ambitions.
