The Care Leavers' Association is a national UK charity run by care leavers, for care leavers. It works for the benefit of all individuals who have spent all, or a part, of their childhood is residential, or foster care. It provides advice and information on issues affecting care leavers and works for significant positive change for present and future care leavers.

Story

This year Jim Goddard (CLA Secretary) and Lewis Cooper ran The Standard Chartered Jersey Marathon. On , they completed the marathon in just under four and a half hours. It was hard going but the weather was lovely and the spectators very encouraging. Every penny they raised will go to Care Leavers' Association to support our work to provide services to care leavers and to campaign for equality. For more information, please visit our website: www.jerseycareleavers.com.

The Jersey Care Leavers' Association (JCLA) is a sister organisation to the Care Leavers' Association (CLA) in the UK. JCLA do not have their own Justgiving account so this page has been created under the umbrella of the CLA.  However, all money donated will go only to the Jersey Care Leavers' Association.

Your kind donations and support were very much appreciated!
