I am part of a team from Three who are taking part in the Tough Mudder Challenge 2015.  I will be running in one of the fifteen or so Tough Mudders that the team are doing across the UK.  For anyone that doesn't know it's a 10-12 mile run through a whole host of obstacles ranging from being submerged in icy water to being electrocuted - yes that's right!  

Please help me raise funds for Dementia - it could effect any one of us either personally or through a family member. 

My grandfather developed Alzheimers and it was heart breaking to see him become the shell of the man he used to be - a fit strong farmer in his hay day who farmed the land by hand before we had tractors!  It was sad to witness the deterioration as he lost his short term memory and failed to recognise us only remembering events from his youth. My grandfather was looked after mainly by my grandmother and her children but not everyone is so fortunate.  

Please donate whatever you can afford to help those in need.
