Inspired by the Olympics? I am! (Although I'm no Wiggo!).

With the Paralympics set to be a sell out, what better way to support our amazing Athletes than by raising some money for the BPA.

I was privileged to witness our Paralympic Swimmers training last year, a true inspiration.

I'm doing Day 4 (Ludlow to Haydock) as part of the Cisco team taking part in the Deloitte Ride Across Britian, just over 100 miles in one day, more than I've done in a single day previously, so hopefully the old legs will manage.
