We fund life-saving medical research to make gynae cancers diseases of the past

Story

1,000 miles in 10 days for £10k … in 2010!

On 24 March 2010, James and Robin are saddling up, together with their school friends, Tim and Will, to cycle 1,000 miles from John o'Groats to Land's End: the length of the United Kingdom. With Robert driving the support vehicle, we’re planning to complete the ride in ten days to raise £10,000 for charity – so that’s 1,000 miles in 10 days for £10k … in 2010!

We’re cycling in the memory of Jane Macpherson, Robin and James' mother and Robert's wife. Jane sadly passed away early last year from ovarian cancer. All of the money raised will be donated to the Eve Appeal, a charity which aims to save women’s lives by funding groundbreaking research into ovarian cancer and raise awareness of this type of cancer amongst women, their families, and decision-makers.

Donating is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor us: the Eve Appeal gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor us now!
